I grew up with my family’s toolkit of natural remedies and energy healing and so, it came as no surprise that in 2011 I took the first step in creating my own kit by starting my Reiki training.

Since then, I went on to qualify in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Massage and Sound Healing. In 2019 I set up my holistic health practice in Bristol (formerly RootedSoul).  Reiki has remained a constant in my life and I am now a qualified Reiki Master Teacher and member of the UK Reiki Federation.

 As well as holistic therapies I enjoy creative activities, I completed a foundation diploma in Art therapy at Bath College which encouraged me to explore the process of making art and laid a foundation in my approach to my artwork today and understanding of how important these creative activities play in peoples wellbeing.

Alongside my holistic health practice I have over 12 years expereince running a vegan/vegetarian catering business. Cooking has always been a passion, and I love to feed people with nutritious, delicious food.  

 Like many my profession, I do what I do today from having experienced the healing first hand and wanting to share what I have learned with others in the hope that it will help their own healing journeys too.
