I teach the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho system and I also include my own experiences through the over 14 years of practicing Reiki.

It is important to me that my students feel heard and supported. I have a WhatsApp group for all of my students to share Reiki stories, experiences and to arrange swaps.

Reiki First Degree- Shoden
Who is the course for: Reiki First Degree is the beginner’s level of Reiki and is for those wishing to find out more about Reiki, its history, the principles and to explore and learn how to use it in everyday life, learning techniques to use Reiki on themselves and their loved ones (including pets!).
It is a powerful transformative tool, that supports us to become our authentic selves, free from ego and brings us into alignment with peace, harmony and love for all things. By investing in our own healing and wellbeing we create strong foundations, moving forward.
Each level of Reiki is a complete system and there is no need to move on to the next level. You will be attuned to the Reiki energy and encouraged to explore this beautiful healing energy. Anyone can use it!
We will cover the below content however we will allow the Reiki to guide us, allowing more flow with the teachings, trusting that whatever comes up during the course is what we need to address and learn from.
You will receive practical information but the real way to learn is through practicing giving treatments on yourself and others, the more you use it the more you will feel it. It is a deeply personal journey and there is no right or wrong. There are many ways to let this beautiful energy into your life. It’s about exploring, trusting your intuition and practising it often.
Course Content
Introduction to energy including information on the energy body, Reiki history, The Reiki principles, An awareness of where Reiki should be used with caution. Creating a Healing Space including an introduction to meditation, protection and cleansing techniques. Practical uses of Reiki including, basic techniques and exploring how it can be used in daily life, Guidelines for self-treatment including opportunity to practise, Guidelines for giving a seated treatment plus opportunities to practise, Guidelines for giving a full-treatment plus opportunities to practise, 4 Attunements, Once you receive the attunements and open yourself up to Reiki you will start what is called a 21-day clearing process. We will speak about what this is and ways to help yourself during this time.

- Certificate (upon receiving case studies) so you can further your training in Reiki should you wish
- A copy of your Lineage
- Recommended reading/where to find information and keep up to date of knowledge

- Invitation to attend regular Reiki circles and swaps

- No experience required, Reiki First Degree is open to anyone who wishes to learn from it. Anyone can use it!

Reiki Second Degree- Okuden
Who is the course for: Anyone who has completed and holds Reiki First Degree and wishes to delve deeper into their understanding of Reiki and their own healing journey. This course is for those who have been practicing what they learned in Reiki First Degree and feel ready to move on to the next level for themselves and not just to get a certificate. Reiki Second Degree is foremost for continued self healing and growth. You will also learn the practical skills and gain knowledge to help others on a professional level as well as friends and family. It is important to feel ready to commit to the responsibilities of becoming a Reiki Practitioner should that be what you wish to do.
Course Content
As with Reiki First Degree you will learn what is advised by the UK Reiki Federation and the National Occupational Standards (NOS) but most importantly Reiki will guide us in the teachings.
We will explore Reiki Second Degree with the same flow, flexibility and trust as we did with Reiki First Degree.
Experience is key- The more you use Reiki the stronger it gets and the deeper our understanding of it becomes. This is so true of Reiki Second Degree where you will learn 3 sacred symbols, their mantras and meanings.

- Attunements -You will receive 2 during Reiki Second Degree
- Certificate (upon receiving case studies) so you can further your training in Reiki should you wish
- A copy of your Lineage
- Recommended reading/where to find information and keep up to date of knowledge

- £10 off treatments with me to all students in the 21 day clearing process to help support them at this time
- Invitation to attend regular Reiki circles and swaps
- Information on next steps including guidance on where to take your A & P exam
- How to become a member of the UK Reiki Federation and information on getting insured
Course Requirements:
-Reiki First Degree Certificate
- At least 3 months after receiving Reiki First Degree Certificate
- 4 days in person training
- Case studies and able to show you have received a number of Reiki treatments for yourself
- Certificate in A & P which can be obtained after the course should you wish to get insurance and become a Reiki Practitioner
